When you receive the bag, open it and take the bracelet out. Wear it consistently and try to keep the bag with you all the time. You can keep the back in your car/in your pocket/hand bag and then pop it under your pillow or on your bedside table at night.
Every full moon place the bracelet back into the bag and cleanse and charge the spell back up.
