Refunds & exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return or exchange your item. Please include a note with your return with your name and order number so that we can process your return as smoothly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once your refund has been processed. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
IF YOU DO NOT STATE THE CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, it is your responsibility to pay an excess postage fee once the parcel has been returned to sender.
we are not able to refund a “returns to sender” package before we receive the items back unless it was a fault of our own.
Damages & issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if there are any problems. We highly value all of our customers and will do our best to ensure that you have the best shopping experience with White Witch of The Moon. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded. We will require a photo of the packaging and the damaged item in order to file a claim with Royal Mail. On the off chance that there are any other issues with your order, please contact us so we can reach a resolution.
