We aim to have all orders prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days. On certain occasions we can prioritise orders that are needed for a specific date. We understand that sometimes things are left to the last minute and we will do our best to meet your needs wherever possible. Please contact us if you require this.

Under the current circumstances, these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Very rarely, items get lost in the post. Your order will be will be sent using a tracked service for if this problem ever arises. We will always refund or replace the lost items in your order after it has been 10 days from expected delivery date in the UK and 25 days from outside the UK. This is in line with Royal Mail's lost parcel guidelines.

Our sales are the lifeline for our rescue animals so we do not refund or replace before this time frame is up. Most of the time, especially since COVID-19, it is just a case of items being delayed.
